Your photos stay on your phone by default

The measurement engine runs in your browser. A side profile can use one cloud request to place its points. Signed-in adult Max members can separately choose a Goal preview, which sends the selected scan once to create it. TrueMax does not store either request's source photos.

Every number shows its working

43 measurements, each against the reference range it was compared to. Where a measurement is too noisy to count, we say so instead of quietly scoring it.

Nothing that comes in a bottle

No surgery, no supplements, not ever. Only the things that actually move: body composition, grooming, sleep, posture, light.

The score is the start, not the answer

  1. 1 Measure

    43 measurements against defined reference ranges. You see the range each was compared to, with the research and calibration limits in our methodology.

  2. 2 Get a plan built from your own numbers

    Not a generic checklist. Your weakest changeable measurements, in order of how much they can actually move, with the routine for each.

  3. 3 Rescan, and find out whether it worked

    We compare rescans conservatively and flag small movements as likely capture noise. The repeat-photo benchmark is still being expanded, so we do not promise a fixed error from one pair of images.

Your ceiling is computed from your changeable measurements only. There is no surgery anywhere in that number, which is the point of it.
